We have an in-house content writer who ensures your property marketing stands out from the crowd. We take great photos, and we ensure the rent appraisal is accurate, so we attract as many prospective tenants as possible to choose from. Tenant Selection
We thoroughly review all prospective tenants using industry-leading background checks, including credit, landlord and employer checks, as well as social media, justice department and district court screenings. We meet every prospective tenant face-to-face and we will never rent your property to someone who hasn’t viewed it.

Rent & Finances
We collect the tenant’s rent weekly and employ strict procedures for non-payment. We do not tolerate rent arrears in any circumstance, ensuring your rental income is always reliable. Additionally, we study the rental market and suggest rent adjustments every 12 months as the law allows, so that you are always getting the most from your rental property.

Property Compliance
We understand the multiple and often complicated rules that property owners must obey. We do the hard work for you by proactively communicating the latest changes in legislation.
