Log a Maintenance Request

Meet Caretaker, our new way to report maintenance. Tell Caretaker what's wrong in your own words, and it will ask the right questions, help you keep things safe, and pass everything to your property manager with your photos and videos. Some problems can even be fixed on the spot with a few simple steps.

Caretaker is in beta. We built it ourselves to get repairs sorted faster, and we're still fine-tuning it. If something doesn't work the way you expect, or you have an idea to make it better, we'd love to hear from you at info@aspireproperty.co.nz.

It takes a couple of minutes, any time of day.

  1. Enter your emailUse the address your tenancy is under. That is how we know which home it is for.
  2. Open the link we send youIt arrives within a minute. After the first time, your phone is remembered.
  3. Tell us what's wrongAnswer a few questions and add photos. Your property manager is told straight away.

This maintenance request is added to our system along with a date and time stamp, giving us a record of when the maintenance was logged and allowing us to keep you up-to-date with the progress of your request - giving you peace of mind that nothing will be missed.

Our own team, on the road.

No call-centre queue - our in-house maintenance team and trusted contractors get to repairs fast, and we never add a management fee to maintenance bills or other outgoings like most other property management companies do.
