Log a Maintenance Request

We ask our tenants to log any maintenance or issues at your rental property via Tapi. The system will prompt you along the way.  

This maintenance request is added to our system along with a date and time stamp, giving us a record of when the maintenance was logged and allowing us to keep you up-to-date with the progress of your request — giving you peace of mind that nothing will be missed. Your property manager will review the request, discuss it with your property owner, and then allocate the correct tradesperson to do the job. The tradesperson will be in touch with you to make a time with you to carry out the work.
