Our first top prize, in our third year as a finalist. The category was sponsored by Barfoot & Thompson, who manage rental properties across Auckland as we do, and their director presented the trophy. The whole team came along to the evening at the Cordis.
Shortlisted in the same category we went on to win a year later. The judging looks at how a business treats its customers the whole way through, from the first enquiry to how a problem gets sorted out.
Our first year as a finalist. People's Choice is decided by public vote rather than by a judging panel, so the shortlisting came from our owners and tenants rather than from anything we wrote in an entry form.
