Highly recommended! We were locked out of our rented apartment unit yesterday and our keys were locked inside. It was Saturday, so we were worried no one could help. We called Aspire Property and their staff were very helpful. Jack, in particular, was very reliable and went out of his way to help us. He assisted us in finding alternative solutions and luckily there was one agent that was going to the Northshore area for viewing, so Jack coordinated with that agent to grab a spare key for us. She dropped by their office to take the spare key and helped us to get back to our apartment unit. My friend's property is with another big property management and he was surprised that the Aspire property team is willing to go out of their way to help us! The fact that they picked up our phone calls on weekends is just amazing, as this is not the normal occurrence for the competitors.
