Renting with Aspire

Every home here is managed by us.

Every property on this page is managed by Aspire Property Management and listed straight from our lettings system, so what you see is what is available today. You can browse by area: houses for rent on the North Shore, in West Auckland, in South Auckland and in Central Auckland. Each area page shows what is available there now, with recent rent figures for the area. Homes we manage in Hamilton and Tauranga appear here too when they come up.

Before you shortlist, Know Your Suburb shows what homes of each size actually rent for in any New Zealand suburb. Once you have moved in, the tenant handbook answers the everyday questions about rent, maintenance and inspections.

The process

How viewing and applying works

01

Browse and shortlist

Look through the rentals above and shortlist the ones that suit you. New properties are listed every week.
02

Book a viewing online

Every available listing has a Book a viewing button. Pick a time that suits, no phone tag required.
03

Apply after viewing

Liked what you saw? Hit Apply now on the listing and apply through the same online system with your rental history and references ready to go.
04

We're in touch fast

Our lettings team reviews applications quickly and contacts successful applicants to confirm the details.

Where the buttons take you. Book a viewing and Apply now both open Renti, the tenant application platform we use, in a new tab. Renti runs the viewing bookings and the application form for every Aspire property, so you leave our site for that part and come back here to keep browsing.

Enter your mobile number and email carefully when you book. Reminders, cancellations and any change to the viewing time go to the details you give, and the second stage of the application arrives by email from Renti.

Quick answers

Viewing and applying: your questions.

Do I need to view a property before I apply?
Yes. Everyone who rents through Aspire attends a viewing first, so you know exactly what the property is like before you commit. You can send an application before you have viewed, but we only process it once you have seen the property, so book the viewing yourself from the listing rather than waiting for us to call.
Who needs to apply?
Every person aged 18 or over who will live at the property needs to complete their own application, including adult children and elderly dependents. We are required to have every adult on the tenancy agreement, so each one needs to give at least their name, date of birth and a form of ID. Children under 18 are listed as dependents on a parent's application.
How do I apply, and what should I have ready?
Press Apply now on the listing. It opens Renti, the application platform we use, in a new tab. Have proof of identity (a passport or driver licence), proof of income such as recent payslips, references from previous landlords or property managers, the details of everyone who will live at the property, and the details of any pets. Complete the second stage of the form as well; it arrives by email from Renti, so check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
I have viewed and applied. What happens next?
We process your application once you have attended a viewing and every applicant has completed at least the first stage of the form, and we let you know either way. If you have not heard from us, we are still working through the applications. That can take several business days when a property attracts a lot of interest, and some owners like to hold more than one viewing before choosing a tenant.
Can I have a pet?
Every listing says whether pets are allowed, not allowed, or negotiable. Put the details of your pets on your application and the property manager and owner will decide for that property.

Can’t find the right one?

New properties are listed every week and the good ones go quickly. Check back often, and book the first scheduled viewing on anything that suits you: it is your best chance of securing a home.
