Reaching New Heights: 1,100 Properties Under Management
The most significant milestone of 2025 was reaching 1,100 properties under management – a testament to the trust property owners across Auckland place in our team. This achievement took just 283 days, demonstrating accelerating momentum as we continue to grow.
Throughout the year, we welcomed 309 new managements to our portfolio, resulting in a net gain of 113 properties. This sustained growth reflects both our commitment to attracting new clients and, importantly, our focus on retention through exceptional service.
Lettings Performance: Efficiency Meets Excellence
Our lettings team delivered outstanding results in 2025, successfully placing tenants in 447 properties – a remarkable 46% increase from 2024’s 307 lettings. This growth demonstrates our expanding market presence and the effectiveness of our lettings process.

Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) rose to 71.5, a 7.3-point increase from 2024. To put this in context, the industry average sits at 56.7 – meaning we are significantly outperforming our peers. Owner satisfaction reached an impressive 73.9, whilst tenant satisfaction climbed to 71.5.

Perhaps most telling is our Google review performance. We maintained our stellar 4.9-star rating whilst accumulating over 600 five-star reviews. In 2025 alone, we received 253 five-star reviews – a 169% increase from 2024’s already impressive 94 reviews.

Geographic Reach Across Auckland
Our portfolio reflects Auckland’s diverse property landscape. From established suburbs like Massey (25 properties, $674 average rent) and Mount Wellington (17 properties, $615 average rent) through to premium locations including Ponsonby ($1,517 average), Grey Lynn ($1,157 average), and Orakei ($1,089 average), we serve property owners across the entire Auckland region.
This geographic diversity is complemented by our growing commercial division, which secured 28 new tenancies in 2025, adding significant properties to our commercial portfolio including two childcare centres and a 6,000 square metre industrial facility.
